Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) delivers the Australian Government's Primary Health Network (PHN) for Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast. As a not-for-profit organisation, we coordinate primary and preventive health care across 161,000 km² and a population of more than 820,000 people, from Glass House Mountains to north of Yeppoon and west to Emerald.
