<h3><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/katie-james-9900101a/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Katie James</a> | Head of Digital at Flybuys</h3><p>With more than a decade of experience in digital and marketing for some of Australia’s best-known brands, Katie is passionate about digital experience and how it enables us both online and offline. </p><p>Leading the digital &amp; member delivery functions for flybuys, Katie’s team are focused on building intuitive &amp; highly personalised digital experiences that simplify the often overly complex world of loyalty programs. With 8.6 million members, flybuys touches more than two-thirds of Australian households and digital is at the heart of that experience. </p><p>Prior to joining flybuys Katie spent 4 years at Coles &amp; before that the RACV, driving internal digital adoption and shifting the conversation from a heavy focus on traditional marketing channels to a true multi-channel, where digital is understood to be a key step in the purchase cycle regardless of where you convert.</p>

In Charlotte's current role as Director, People &amp; Culture at Catapult, she actively partners with global leaders to integrate the business strategy with the entire employee lifecycle... A slight shift from integrating music, movement and costumes!</p><p>With experience in both generalist and specialist P&C roles and diverse industries, Charlotte believes her natural curiosity and passion for learning are core pillars of her success. <h3><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/hannahsubki/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hannah Subki</a> | Talent Director at  Crew Talent Advisory</h3><p>With over 12+ years of experience in HR and 4.5 years focused on technology recruitment, Hannah has a wealth of knowledge in the tech industry. </p><p>Starting her HR career at Boost Juice, and recently being appointed as Crew’s Talent Director, Hannah has worked with some of the world's most recognizable brands like iFlix, FedEx and Catapult Sports. </p><p>“What I love about tech recruitment: it's fast-paced, it's challenging but also rewarding, I'm a recruiter who believes that people should be treated as people. As a coloured, Muslim woman living in Australia, D&I is one of my focus areas, encouraging under represented groups into roles they deserve”</p>
