Heresy Hits Ballarat: Verona Lights, Where The Devil & Guests
Heretic Frequency is bound for Ballarat - Catch an eclectic mix of metal at The Painted Lady on Fri April 17
Alright Ballarat, it’s time.
Heretic Frequency is rolling into town for the first time and we’re not doing it quietly.
On April 17, we take over The Painted Lady for a night that proves heavy music doesn’t have to sit in one box to absolutely rip.
This lineup is stacked, diverse and dialled in - four bands, four distinct flavours, but all built on big riffs, real emotion and zero filler.
Headlining are Melbourne alt-metal heavy hitters Verona Lights, fresh off sharing stages with (hed) PE and Ill Niño. Expect crushing grooves, soaring hooks and the kind of polished power that hits hard live.
Making the trek from Newcastle, Where The Devil bring the chunky, aggressive groove. Tight. Heavy. No fluff. Just riffs that land straight in the chest.
Bendigo’s Spacegoat return to Ballarat after a few years away, delivering melodic alternative metal where grit and vulnerability intertwine.
Opening the night are grungy Ballarat locals Primitive Deserters, setting the tone early with raw energy and hometown fire.
Different styles. Same intensity.
No two bands sound the same ... which is exactly the point.
See you at The Painted Lady on April 17
Doors 8PM | First band 8:30PM
