Herding Cats - helping leaders facilitate to solve business challenges

This is a half day interactive and intensive masterclass in leadership - focussing on tools and techniques to encourage groups of staff to solve business challenges together. By the end of the session attendees will walk away with the confidence to plan and run a creative workshop-style session to solve a business challenge.

The session is run by Chris Meredith and class sizes are limited to a maximum of 8-10 attendees.
