Hercules Of The Hills 22 - Novice Powerlifting Competition

Powerlifting competition open to all lifters at any level.

Are you a novice powerlifter who wants to see what competing is like or has it been awhile since you've competed?

Then this is for you.

This competition is open to:

- a novice lifter looking for their first competition

- anyone looking to get on the platform

Details:

- 3 Lift (squat, bench & deadlift)

- IPF rules (2 hour weigh in, combo rack, 20kg power bars)

- No approved equipment required, however will need knee high socks for deadlifts and closed in shoes

- Federation membership not required

- Limited to 30 lifters
