Her Era is a guided strength and embodiment experience created for women who want to feel confident, connected, and strong in their bodies.
This session blends:
- Breathwork
- Glute-focused strength training
- Nervous system regulation
- Community connection
We begin by slowing the body down through breath and awareness, preparing both the mind and nervous system for optimal movement. From there, you’ll be guided through a carefully programmed booty-focused session designed to help you feel strong, aligned, and present.
The experience closes with a women’s circle, giving space to reflect, connect, and integrate the work you’ve just done.
This is not just a workout.
It’s an experience designed for this era of womanhood , where strength meets self-awareness.
It’s an experience that lives in your body long after you leave the room.
All attendees receive gift bags, with a major prize drawn on the day.
