Help us design the new Lilydale Integrated Youth Health Hub

EMPHN has received funding from the Australian Government to develop an Integrated Youth Health Hub in Lilydale.

Building on the insights already gained from stakeholder consultations, this workshop will further refine and define the Hub model and site features.

We invite participation from members of the Round Table who we have already consulted as well as those who have not been able to attend as yet.

To support participation, registered attendees will be provided with a summary of the key themes that have emerged from the consultation process so far, including some questions to consider in advance of the workshop.
