Helensburgh Women's Full Moon Circle - Tuesday 3rd March
Awakening Your Inner Animal Archetype
Tuesday 3rd March
7.30pm-9pm
Helensburgh Scouts Hall
The moon is full.
The veil is thin.
Something within you is ready to be seen.
This is a night for women who are ready to soften, to listen, to feel what’s been whispering underneath the noise.
This month we’ll be working with animal archetypes and nature symbolism, inviting the wisdom of the natural world to reflect what’s moving within us.
Across many cultures throughout history, animals have been seen as messengers and mirrors of human instinct and wisdom. Tonight we approach this symbolically and with deep respect.
If it's a lovely evening, we’ll gather under the sky (or candlelight if the weather turns), ground into our bodies, and journey inward together.
There will be meditation.
There will be movement.
There will be magic.
Come open.
Come curious.
Come as you are.
What to bring:
Yoga Mat/Cushion or something comfortable to sit on
Keep cup for tea/ or waterbottle
Something warm in case we sit outside
A journal or diary if you want to keep your notes safe
