HEART HEALING WORKSHOP WITH LISA

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

In this workshop, Lisa will assist you in connecting with your heart centre and guide you through a ceremonial energy-clearing process to help you release ancestral burdens, past life themes and relational wounding that keep you stuck in limiting paradigms and block you from expressing your inner gifts, from embodying your authentic brilliance and from feeling comfortable in your relationships. We will simply give your heart space to be heard, understood and acknowledged, while consciously engaging in a journey of unburdening, de-armouring and answering the sacred yearning of your heart. If you wish to befriend and resource your heart centre - perhaps because you have been ignoring its quiet whispers - this workshop can facilitate an experience home-coming and self-compassion.
