Packed with Goodness is a free nutrition education program delivered by qualified nutritionists. Sessions are designed for parents with primary school-aged children to support them to provide healthy food in the home and lunchbox.

Katie Cameron- public health nutritionist for Cancer Council WA will cover:

• simple, practical tips for packing healthy lunchboxes.
• how to confidently identify healthy options at the supermarket
• helpful ideas for supporting fussy eating fun ways to encourage kids to eat more veggies.
