Healthy Habits with Bec

Healthy Habits with Bec

Overview

Food and exercise habits unpacked - with a supermarket walk-through included.

Do you know the latest health recommendations around food and exercise? Join us for a discussion about healthy food and movement habits.

Local health advocate, Bec Niejalke, will share her knowledge about healthy lifestyle and food choices. This will include a guided walk through the supermarket to better understand food labelling.

Four session times to choose from, on Thursday 26th February or Sunday 8th March.

Small group sizes. Book early as places are limited.

Please meet at the Mallee Studio. Supermarket walk-through will take place later in the session.

About the presenter: A qualified nurse and fitness trainer, Bec Niejalke has been moving our Mallee community for years. You can find her teaching mat pilates, cross-fit and sessions in the Pinnaroo gym, aquarobics at the town pool, or in her Mallee Fit studio delivering reformer sessions. Whilst not formally trained in nutrition she has a wealth of knowledge and keen interest in healthy eating.
