Health and Wellness Day - Free Body and Balance YogaNidra
Join me for this free guided YogaNidra relaxation & meditation with positive intentions. The Waking Sleep for total MindBody relaxation.
YogaNidra also known as the waking sleep is a MindBody balance taking the participant into a deep state of relaxation in a very short time. We will start in a standing position beginning with breathwork and focus, awareness of the beauty surrounding us, lifting vibrations and flowing gently to Savasana where I will be asking participants to visualise positive intentions to manifest and to say to themselves, see what it looks like , feel what it would be like to happen and imagine it is already happening and released to the universe, I will then guide the meditation so each participant will feel the full relaxation experience for a complete uplifting vibration.

Please bring:
- a towel or mat,
- a eye pillow if you have one
- Sunscreen
- water.

Savasana (corps pose) Contraindications:
Pregnancy past 22 weeks to full-term. Client can lie on their side.
Back pain of any kind.
Marichyanasana (sitting Spine Twist) Contraindications:
Knee and hip issues. Spine and neck issues
