What do we bring?

This is a seated event and you don't need to bring anything with you. Herbal Tea & Water will be provided.

Who should not attend

Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy or who suffers from Sound Epilepsy.

Is there Parking?

Yes, on a Sunday there is unlimited street parking outside the venue. There is also a large carpark behind the building.

Will everyone get messages afterwards?

This will be a group session therefore messages will be brought through to the group so every person may not receive a message.
