  • Understand how a starter truly works (so you never kill another one)
  • Mix, fold and shape your own loaf
  • Learn how dough should feel — not just how it looks
  • Understand fermentation in real-life terms
  • Watch, follow along, make mistakes you can laugh at (and know how to rectify).
  • Learn alongside other women doing the same
