The Heal Connect Carer Retreat is an opportunity for carers to experience respite, build new support networks, and improve your ability to cope with your role through restoration and mindset training.
Immerse yourself in all the comforts of a luxurious 100-acre property nestled in the bush overlooking the Yengo National Park on the Central Coast. With stylish lodgings, contemporary architecture, and natural landscape, you’ll feel a million miles away from routine and responsibilities.
You’ll be gently supported by a team of facilitators delivering a program focused on helping you break free from limited thinking and empower you with tools and techniques to strengthen your relationships and build effective communication skills.

Session 1 – Welcome & Recharge
Creatively explore intentions and the concept of self in a playful and engaging learning environment.
Session 2 – Restoring Relationships
Learn and understand your communication style and those you care for and explore effective approaches to verbal and non-verbal communication.
Session 3 – Release
Explore the nervous system, and belief systems and learn techniques to release limiting beliefs and tools to redirect a negative mindset during challenging times.
Session 4 – Rise & Shine
Learn and practice techniques to redirect your state of mind to feel empowered and rise above the challenge with confidence and discover a powerful goal-setting technique to motivate and inspire.
- Recreation activities: 6 acres of signed bush walks available, tennis court, swimming pool, and spa.
