Description

Are you an Early Career Researcher (ECR) in the Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS) in Australia? This event is for you!

This half-day event will present participants with the opportunity to meet representatives and leading academics from the HASS sector, explore current issues, participate in discussions around best practice related to research outcomes, and foster collaborations.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue is on the first floor of the Francis Ormond Building on RMIT University's City Campus. The building is located on La Trobe Street, a short walk from Melbourne Central Station. It is easily accessible by public transport (train, tram, bus). Bike lines are available on Swanston Street and La Trobe Street. The venue does not offer on-site parking. Paid street parking is available near Melbourne Central Station and on La Trobe Street. Nearest pay-and-park car parks are at Melbourne Central and QV.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring your laptop along.

What's the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds after 5pm AEST on Monday, 31 July 2017. Cancellations made before 31 July will be refunded in half. Tickets are transferable, please contact the orgainsers for assistance.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, as long as you have a copy on your phone/laptop.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. However, you will need to give us at least 48 hours notice.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes. However, we will be printing a partcipant list (with contact details) and will not be able to update the list on the day.
