Guided by Emmalene Vidot, fresh from completing a 200hr training at House of Om and additional Yin studies, we’ll journey through a gentle slow flow, soften into nourishing yin postures, and close with a deeply restful yoga nidra meditation.This practice will be accompanied by Final Final, a ritualistic-jazz trio featuring Immy Owusu (drums), Midas Sarabia (bass), and Joshua Maxwell de Hoog (saxophone). Known for their energetic and improvisational live shows, Final Final bring full-bodied sound, unique tonalities, and a globally influenced rhythm that responds to the energy of the room, curating an immersive and transformative experience.Together, movement, meditation, and music weave into a dynamic journey — from gentle activation to deep rest.Yoga mats and props provided.
