This workshop delivers practical, trainable mental skills that create immediate and long-term performance gains.
You’ll learn mental toughness — defined as the ability to stay focused, composed, and deliberate under pressure, learning to navigate in high pressure environments.
Being educated on how to mitigate distraction, well beyond other people, digital devices and the common 2026 triggers pining for our attention.
You’ll understand anti-fragility (via Nassim Taleb theory ) how to grow stronger from challenges, problems, and adversity, instead of merely coping or bouncing back. Pressure becomes fuel, challenges become energy.
You’ll build true resilience — the ability to stay locked on what matters most right now, even when life is chaotic, emotional, or uncomfortable — until you regain the opportunity to focus on what matters most long-term.

Jamie & Liz Milne are Mental Performance Coaches and founders of JMT Warana & Therapist JMT Franchise Physical and Psychological Performance Centres. With 20 years of combined military service, Jamie & Liz bring real-world experience in pressure, adversity, and decision-making when it matters most. He has attempted 15 world records, currently holding 5, and has completed 100+ ultramarathons over 100km, pushing the absolute limits of human endurance.
Jamie completed the SAS Direct entry selection course at 37 years of age, and is currently heading down a PhD pathway at UniSC researching Mental toughness.
Jamie now applies these hard-earned lessons to help individuals and teams build mental toughness, resilience, and anti-fragility in life, sport, and business
