Come shake things up with us at Happy Hour Society x Syrups by Sticky, a fun tasting and cocktail making night designed for anyone who loves a little flavour play. We will be diving into Sticky’s gorgeous new syrup range and mixing up creative cocktails and mocktails for our non drinkers. Think bright, sweet, citrusy or cosy flavours that are perfect for experimenting. 🍸✨

You will get to try a curated menu of signature drinks, then learn how to build your own mix using different syrup flavours. Expect a cute and relaxed atmosphere where you can sip, chat, and meet new friends while discovering your next favourite drink.

This collaboration with Sticky Lollies is such a treat. You will taste the full range, explore new flavour combos, and walk away with plenty of inspo to recreate at home. 💕

Event Schedule

7:00 to 7:15
Guest arrival and check in with music playing, first welcome drinks poured using Syrups by Sticky, and a warm host welcome with a quick intro to Not So, Happy Hour Society, and our flavour partner Sticky. A short outline of the night and light housekeeping.

7:15 to 7:30
A soft icebreaker where guests introduce themselves and share their favourite types of drinks or flavours to help the team guide them toward mixes they might love.

7:30 to 8:15
Guided tasting of two to three signature cocktails and mocktails featuring different Sticky syrups. Guests learn simple mix at home tips, then move into a playful make your own drink moment using the syrups and garnishes provided.

8:15 to 8:25
Open mingle time with refills at the drinks station and relaxed conversation.

8:25 to 8:45
A second round of drinks featuring the remaining syrup flavours, along with photo moments at a styled product station, Polaroids, and group photos.

8:45 to 8:55
A quick closing circle where guests share their favourite drink discovery of the night. Any giveaway, discount code, or take home offer is announced here.

8:55 to 9:00
Last sips and sweet goodbyes as guests collect any take home minis or goodie bags and take final photos.

Who is Sticky Lollies / Syrups by Sticky?
Sticky Lollies is known for their sweets and candy and recently they launched Syrups by Sticky, a line of non-alcoholic syrups inspired by their iconic candy flavours and native Australian fruits. Their syrups give classic drinks, mocktails, desserts, and treats a creative twist so you’ll get a totally unique taste experience when you sip.

The closest car park is at Broadway Shopping Centre, 1 Bay St, Glebe. Hours: 6am – Midnight.

0–2 hours: Free
2+ hours: $11 per hour
After 6pm (exit before midnight): Free

Street parking is also available nearby, though restrictions vary.
