A 2 hour Handstand Workshop for all levels from beginner to advanced

Are you wanting to learn how to Handstand or refine your technique and line in Handstand?


This 2 hour Handstand Workshop for all levels is the best place to start!


Prepare to learn all of the most effective techniques tips and tricks to create your Handstand! Using specific poses, drills, props, and the wall, your body will learn to kinesthetically feel and create the strength and awareness to hold your Handstand.


Once the mechanics and techniques become familiar, the body learns what to engage and how, the sense of fear that was once in the mind is replaced with a sense of calm, and that's when our Handstand begins to feel like meditation!


Yes you are strong enough!! I promise you will surprise yourself!


This workshop is for all levels, no experience necessary, just an open mind and willingness to try and learn! Intermediate and Advanced students wanting to refine their technique and deepen their practice, as well as yoga teachers wanting to learn how to teach and cue intelligently and safely will also get so much out of this workshop.


I will teach you everything you need to know to achieve what your body once felt was impossible!!

Everyone will have the opportunity to receive feedback, assists, and individual cues to help achieve their goals.

About Carla:

I am a senior Yoga Instructor and Handstand Coach who has been passionately practicing yoga since 2011, teaching Yoga classes and workshops fulltime since 2013, and teaching Handstand workshops and classes since 2016. I fell in love with inversions at my very first Yoga Teacher Training and have been upside down ever since! I have a love of anatomy thanks to my Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture, and a love of alignment, physiology and practicing intelligently thanks to all of my past broken bones dislocations and injuries. I was able to put my body back together through my yoga practice and now I can hold a freestanding handstand for almost 2 minutes! (1:48 to be exact!) I've trained with and learnt from some of the best yogis, handstanders, and Cirque Du Soleil performers in the world, and now I want to share my passion with you!
