Yes Sessions can be bought individually, but there is a discount if you attend the whole conference and  The Sundowner Event is free for Full Delegate Passes

What is your Refund Policy

Up until 60 days before the event Refunds are possible, Within 30-60 days refunds will have $100 admin fee deducted, Less than 30 days - no refund.

Can I pay by direct debit

Can my partner attend the Sundowner event?

Yes Additional tickets can be purchased for partners for all social activities

Is it better to book early if I am not 100% sure about attendance ?

Yes, Booking early ensures that you can attend all the sessions and social events which have a limited availability. If you realise more than 60 days before the event  that you cant come - contact us for a refund at events@medicallearningjourneys.com.au

Is it best to book flights and accomodation as soon as I have booked conference pass ? m

Will I need to log my CPD points myself ?

This is a GP led activity and we will  issue you a certificate stating the number of hours of CPD you have achieved , we will also register them with your CPD home if you give us the details . However if you do  CPR or reflective activity for extra RP and MO  hrs post event , you log them yourself.

If I book with friends can we get a group discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes, group discount codes apply  15 % off for 5 or more, and 10% off for 2-4 people . You must email us to state the group members at events@medicallearningjourneys.com.and all must  pay within 48 hours of each other.

Yes there is a paypal option to pay in 4 instalments .

Groups - 10% off (2-4 people)  =    "smallgroup "    15% off 5+ "largegroup" 
Early Bird Discount 15 % until 31st December - automatically applied  , then 10 % until 31 st January with "EarlyBird " code and 5% until 1st March =  " Earlyish"

Can I pay a deposit and pay the balance in 2026?

Yes for 2025 registrants - You can pay a $200 deposit and  pay the balance by 6th March .
