*Our online classes for 2020 have come to an end. BUT we will be hosting face-to-face classes in 2021 at SalamaTea House - so stay tuned!

Online Persian cooking classes via Zoom every second Tuesday night with Hamed, live from his kitchen at SalamaTea Restaurant. Join from your home kitchen and cook along with Hamed, learning the favourites from his cooking classes and the SalamaTea restaurant menu; or simply sit back with a glass of red and enjoy the demo.
Class Time: 7pm-8pm, every second Tuesday, August to December 2020
Details:
- The focus dish(es) will change weekly (see below)
- Zoom links, ingredient lists and recipes will be emailed 3 days prior
- Classes will be recorded & recordings will be shared, with permission, to participants who have booked but are not able to attend live on the night.

- Tahdig (the famous Persian rice crust, with flatbread)
