Will there be a workout?

Yes, athletes can complete a structured optional workout applying everything covered. One SkiErg-based, one RowErg-based. Coached in real time by James. The difference in technique from warm-up to finish is visible.

What do I need to bring?

Comfy gym clothes, and if doing the workout a sweat towel and water.

I am not doing Hyrox, is this still for me?

Yes! This seminar isn't just for HYROX athletes. If you use the RowErg or SkiErg in your training, you'll learn techniques that improve efficiency, conserve energy and help you perform better in any workout.
