How do I know what time  my WAVE will be?

We aim to schedule you to race against people of similar fitness ability - so based on your 5km or past HYROX event time, you will be seeded. The fastest competitors will race first.

Can I race both the SOLO and RELAY events?

YES! Doing the two events is very achievable, so grab your gym buddies and have some fun out there for the RELAY event! Please make sure you register for both events

How does the RELAY event work?

Accepted Answer

You must have 3 people in your RELAY team, where each person will run 2 x 500m runs and 2 x stations. To ensure smooth transitions, each team member will complete the stations in consecutive order eg. 1st Runner (Ski Erg and Burpee Broad jumps) 2nd Runner (Rower and Farmers Carry) etc.

How much from each entry goes to Youth Off The Streets Charity?

$10 from every SOLO entry and $20 from every RELAY entry will support the Youth Off The Streets foundation

Will the event be run in wet weather?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will attempt to continue the event in wet weather * as long as it is safe to do so - all the Stations are held indoors in the Sports Hub with only the running loops to be held on the synthetic hockey turf.
