Through guided mindfulness meditation and evidence-based breathwork, you’ll learn practical tools to

-relax your nervous system,

-regulate emotions, and

-respond to challenges with clarity and confidence.

This immersive experience blends neuroscience-backed techniques with authentic, real-life insights, making each practice relatable and deeply applicable to everyday stress.

You’ll be gently guided through these practices to:

-calm the nervous system,

-release stress and emotional baggage

-reconnect to inner peace and clarity

-nurture with deep self-compassion and

-build sustainable habits for mental and emotional wellbeing.

No prior meditation or yoga experience required – just your willing presence to receive, relax and begin again!


What to expect?

1. A gentle arriving meditation – Unfold into the morning with gentle guided mindfulness meditation, setting clear intentions for self-discovery and inner growth.

2. Neuroscience of Stress, Mindfulness and Breath Yoga – (Mini workshop)- Understand the impact of stress on our Nervous System and how cultivating mindfulness and practicing breath yoga can help you regulate your nervous system for better mental health and wellbeing.

3. Self-reflection – Connect with your inner self so that you can identify your stressful thoughts and emotions to process and integrate them into your practice rather than leaving them unexplored.

4. Guided and Self-paced Meditations – Gently connect with your inner self through guided and self-paced breath yoga and mindfulness meditation to release emotional blockages, develop self-compassion and transform stress into inner strength.

5. Journaling and sharing – Reflect on your transformation process to nurture calm and clarity. Feel connected and real by sharing your healing process with others and being a part of their healing journey.

What to bring?

- Notebook, pen

- Drink bottle, light snack (optional)

- Be in weather appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes

- All meditation and breath yoga will be done sitting on the chair. However, if you prefer to meditate on yoga mat, feel free to bring your own yoga mat and / or meditation cushion.
