This session celebrates the diversity of the Spanish-speaking world. Using the Instituto Cervantes video 30 Years Creating Hispanists, we’ll discover how the love for Spanish has grown globally over the past three decades. Together we’ll discuss the many ways people speak Spanish, why we learn or teach it, and how our connection with the language tells our personal stories.

En esta sesión exploraremos la riqueza cultural que une a los países hispanohablantes. A través del vídeo del Instituto Cervantes 30 años creando hispanistas, conoceremos cómo se ha fomentado el amor por el español en todo el mundo durante las últimas tres décadas.
Charlaremos sobre las diferentes formas de hablar español, por qué decidimos aprenderlo o enseñarlo, y cómo nuestra relación con el idioma refleja nuestras propias historias personales.
