This presentation invites gardeners, nature enthusiasts, and curious backyard explorers to discover how native plants can transform an ordinary outdoor space into a thriving, biodiverse habitat buzzing with life.

  • The role of native plants in supporting local wildlife and pollinators
  • Practical benefits - like improved soil health and reduced water use
  • Key elements of habitat gardening (e.g structure, plant diversity, shelter, water)

Led by Hannah Jones, conservation and horticulture professional and founder of Habitat Connection Co., helping people reconnect with nature through gardens that support native wildlife and local biodiversity.
