This session is fully focused on the RowErg and SkiErg.
We will break down:
- Setup and positioning
- Sequencing and force application
- Pacing and efficiency
- Common mistakes that cost you metres, time, and energy
The goal is simple: faster splits, lower energy cost, and more left for the run.
HYROX PERFORMANCE
This session zooms out to the full HYROX race.
We will cover:
- Movement efficiency across all stations
- Pacing and transitions
- Executing well when fatigue sets in
- Making smart decisions that hold up on race day
This is about building a system where stations are completed faster and with less cost, so your run performance is protected.
In other words, this is how you keep progressing and keep PR’ing.
