Gua Sha, Sweat & Meditate (Formely known as Flow & Glow)

What better way to kick start your Sunday morning than dedicate 2 hours of your time to glow, sweat & flow.

We start our amazing event with the Gua Sha masterclass where you'll be learning the Chinese Medicine secrets to sculpting and harnessing your inner glow with Guasha.

Followed by a Pilates flow class, igniting our bodies with energy and vitality.

And finally, we'll wind down with a purely relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation session, allowing ourselves to feel grounded, centered, and deeply connected to ourselves.

Nibbles, goodiebags (with face oil, guasha) and good vibes are provided.

All we require is you wear active wear/ comfy clothes & bring a drink bottle!

Not only is she a luminary in her field, Alana also brings her dedication to excellence from her passion as an elite athelete in Pole Vault, showcasing her commitment to diverse pursuits beyond the realm of holistic health.

We will provide you with facial oil, facial cleansing wipes and guasha tool on the day for you to take home & continue to practice

How hard is the pilates class?

The Pilates class will be a full body burn - from beginner to intermediate level
