GROWING PAINS

Does growing a business have to hurt?

You will walk away with an understanding about:

• Where your business sits in the growth cycle

• The signs that growth is hurting your business

• Strategies required to successfully manage growth so you and your business can thrive.

Over the course of my career, I was brought up to believe that Growth is good; Bigger is better ; If a business is not growing, it is dying.

What I came to understand is that such beliefs are half-truths at best and at worst pure fiction. There is no research that substantiates these are the realities of growing a business successfully.

In fact, the research concludes that growth, when it is not effectively managed, will undermine the fundamental strengths of a business leading to its eventual failure.

It is for this reason I am presenting a workshop designed to help business owners & leaders understand the implications growth will have on their business. In this way they will be able to approach growing the business in a way that will enable them to safely take their business to greater heights.

Don’t miss this opportunity

to attend an interactive workshop

that will enable you to minimize

the pain of growing the business

so that you will create the business

to which you truly aspire

About Duncan Redman, Dare to Dream

After becoming a Chartered Accountant, I realised a career in accounting was not my true passion.

As a result, I embarked on a journey to find a career that would truly ignite my passion. That journey took me through a range of high-profile positions with dynamic and complex organisations across three continents, including cities such as London, Hong Kong, Sydney, & Adelaide.

It is from this wide range of business and life experiences I found my true passion; helping business owners align their aspirations in business and life such that they have the confidence to implement sustainable changes to create the business of their dreams.

Over the past 13 years, I have utilized my knowledge, my experience, and my skills to help business owners find their true purpose and to take the necessary steps towards living an inspired and fulfilled life.
