For many parents, mealtimes can be a battle. But they don't have to be. Picky eating and other challenging mealtime behaviours are usually a normal part of childhood development and there are lots of ways to make this stage easier for you and your child. Come and learn how you can take some of the stress out of feeding your child and how to help them grow to be a healthy eater.

This session is designed for parents with children between the ages of 12 months and approximately 5 years and is presented by a child and family nurse.

Topics covered include;

  • What and how much food children need
  • Why children's feeding can be so challenging
  • How to help children grow to be healthy eaters
  • Where to go for further support
