Group Breathwork Journey | Perth
This week's theme is meeting your Mother Wound , beginning with a mediation and shamanic breathwork in a group of 4⚡ .
Are you curious about Group Breathwork and what the journey holds?
This isn’t just breathwork — it’s a deep dive into your subconscious, guided by rhythm, intention, and ancient wisdom.
This week’s theme invites you to gently explore:
✨ Meeting and healing our feminine history — often known as the mother wound ✨
This journey is about meeting our mothers as they are, not as we wished they could be. Through the breath, we create a compassionate space to acknowledge and release any hurt, grief, or unmet needs we may still carry around how we were — or weren’t — mothered.
Rather than blame or judgment, this breathwork invites understanding, softening, and release. We gently meet what lives in the body, allowing old stories and emotional imprints to unwind in their own time.
Whether you arrive feeling tender, resistant, or unsure, the breath will meet you exactly where you are.
Healing our feminine lineage is an invitation — not an expectation.
What to Expect
💫 Heart-led emotional release & gentle healing
💫 Conscious connected breathing
💫 Intuitive, shamanic & ancestral support
💫 A safe, intimate space — no experience needed
You’ll be held in a sacred, intimate space where you can gently meet and release old emotions held within your feminine history. Through the breath, protective layers may soften as you reconnect with the tender, younger parts of yourself that learned to adapt, cope, or stay quiet. Whether you arrive seeking healing, understanding, or simply a sense of ease — the breath will meet you exactly where you are.
