Is this workshop suitable for those new to Breathwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Previous Breathwork experience is not required.  Everything is thoroughly explained and as it is a small group, I am always available verbally  hands-on and to support and guide every participant. Regardless of how much Breathwork a person has experienced - every session is different.

Question 2

Do I need to bring anything?

Everything is provided - I have comfortable mats for each participant as well as plenty of cushions and blankets. Water is available but you are welcome to bring your own. The only thing I ask you to bring is your intention for the session - what do you want to work on or get out of the session?

Is parking available/nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking on site, and street parking is also available. The Breathwork studio is at the back of the property, so I will be waiting out the front for you and the other participants from 9:50am. Public transport -  bus and Meltham train  Station is a short walk away.
