Sometimes we just need a space to ground in togetherness... when everything feels too much

: : G R O U N D E D : : There are days when things feel a lot. When unhelpful thoughts hook into our mind and mislead us away from empowerment. Where hearts beat fast and brains feel squashed and breath feels short. Grounded is for those days. A once-a-week offering held within a nurturing, warm sanctuary of unconditional acceptance. A space where tools are shared to explore in togetherness, guiding each individual to return back to their centre where all feels more stable and safe. Grounded is a place to be. A saving grace. A moment of respite. A realignment. Grounded is presence. Trust. A reminder that everything is always working out for us in this game called life, even when evidence seems to be gathering momentum in the opposite direction.Grounded is facilitated by Grace of Centre of You (@centreofyou_chapelst). Grace herself needs grounding often and from a place of tangibly benefiting from the self-soothing practices she draws upon, is offering this space of sharing. To keep Grounded accessible to all, it is being run with the exchange of a donation. Grace is saving to replace the floor at Centre of You with new carpet for the becoming community. All donations will contribute to this floor fund.Arrive by 6:15pm to allow enough spaciousness to find a park and visit the bathroom.
