Grounded Body, Calm Mind
Explore Ayurvedic & Western herbalism rituals; foot massage, tea blending & tincture making—to feel calm, grounded and have greater clarity.
Ground into the autumn season with nourishing rituals drawn from Ayurveda and Western herbalism, designed to calm the mind and deeply anchor the body. This interactive, hands-on workshop invites you to slow down and reconnect through embodied practices and natural medicine making.
You’ll experience Padabhyanga (traditional Ayurvedic foot oiling), blend seasonal herbal teas, and craft your own take-home herbal tincture, learning how to apply these remedies in everyday life. Woven into the workshop is a guided clarity journaling practice, supporting reflection, intention setting, and inner grounding.
This is a perfect autumn offering—an opportunity to turn inward, strengthen your foundations, and leave feeling clearer, steadier, and more deeply rooted as the season invites us to sink our roots further into the earth.
