Ground Sound Sessions

Overview

A break in your day to ground yourself, deeply rest and connect within.

Ground Sound is a small group gentle movement and sound meditation for women, held at my home in Duncraig.

On arrival settle in with oracle cards and essential oils.

We will begin with some cacao and breathing, then move into some grounding exercises, including flowing stretches, breathwork and visualisation to help centre you into your body.

We will finish with a 30 minute sound bath meditation using tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes and gong.

The frequencies played during the sound bath allow your mind to switch off and your nervous system to relax for deep rest and restoration.

Sound Meditation is a beautiful tool to ease stress or anxiety, to find a deeper connection to yourself and allow for a more embodied peace.

We will take some time in the middle and at the end for journalling and integration. So please allow 90 mins

I'm happy to have a chat at the end about your experience, so feel free to stay a while longer.

Please bring a water bottle, journal, pen and blanket.


I supply yoga mats, cushions and spare blankets for your use but feel free to bring your own mat or pillow for extra comfort.
