Motherhood, without a doubt, is joyous and magical and it can also be overwhelming and exhausting. Taking time for yourself isn’t indulgent, it’s essential. When you fill your cup, you have something nourishing and abundant to pour into others.

Our mission is that you will radiate from the inside, outside, all over after spending intentional time nourishing yourself with well-deserved “me time” and recharging your super-mama powers. Take someone with you that you feel deserves this treat, that has been there for you during your life.
What to Expect
These two deeply nourishing hours are designed to give your body, mind and heart exactly what they may be craving.
Ground & Arrive
A calming meditation to help you become present, centred and connected.
Release & Restore
- Tension-melting shoulder and neck releasing yoga poses
- Our popular spiky ball sequence for deep, delicious release
- Lower back strengthening and stretching
- Finding your true core through movement with a difference
- Breath and movement techniques to bring awareness and vitality to your pelvic floor
- “Happy feet” practices to soothe and revive
Melissa will guide the beautiful Cherokee Dance of Life clearing out what no longer serves you and drawing in what will nourish and support you.
Deep Relaxation
We will close with a luxurious, extended relaxation including the option of a mini neck or hand massage if you wish.
