When mental health challenges change your family’s future, it’s normal to feel grief and loss. Your loved one may be alive and close by, but due to their mental ill-health you may start to mourn a part of them. You might grieve for the hopes and dreams you had for them, or the identity you may have lost when becoming a carer. In this workshop we will explore loss and grief, particularly the type that may be experienced when caring for someone with mental health challenges.
IMPORTANT: This online course includes 6 weekly sessions (24th April - 5 June) and participants are expected to attend all occurrences. When enrolling for the date above you are automatically enrolled for the entire course dates.
