Grief and Loss Cafe

Join us for a comforting, safe and supportive gathering where you can share your feelings and experiences with others who understand.

Over afternoon tea you're supported to share your grief, whether it's from the loss of a loved one, a pet, a job, health or any other significant loss in your life.

• Held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (no session in January).
• Includes coffee and cake.
• The cafe is hosted by City of Tea Tree Gully volunteers with lived experience.
