We’ve recently had technical issues with our billing system that have caused delays and challenges for some of our customers.
We're here to help and make things right. This is your chance to speak with us in person, ask questions and get the support you need.
Our team is ready to:
- help you understand your bill
- discuss payment support options that work for you
- answer questions about your online account.

Each session will be 20 minutes.If we can’t solve your query in that time, we’ll make sure you know the next steps.
Please bring:
- your bill (if you have it)
- photo ID
- account details with you to discuss with our consultants.
Please note that we can only discuss specific account details with the registered account holder present.
