Is parking available on site?

Yes! Western Sydney Conference Centre has ample undercover parking.

Where will I be seated?

Our regional awards is a theatre style event. Seating is allocated for our finalists and guest speakers closest to the stage for ease of access, all other seating is not allocated.

I have dietary requirements. What food will be served?

Canapes will be served inclusive of vegan, vegetarian, Halal and gluten free options.

Am I allowed to take my own photos during the event?

Yes, however a professional photographer will be roaming around that you can also ask to take your photo. All professional photos can be provided to you post event.

What is the dress code?

Business attire or similar

Is accommodation available?

A bonus of hosting our event at the Western Sydney Conference Centre is that it is attached to the Pullman Sydney Penrith. Feel free to book a room at your own expense.
