Be The One They Turn To, Not Run From

As a leader in a non-traditional sector, the outdoor industry, Zoë Routh has held her own in a sea of challenges. Along with her work coaching and training leaders across various industry sectors, Zoë cites her experience as an outdoor educator in Canada, as well as leadership experience in the corporate sector in various organisations and associations, to illuminate what it takes to lead when times are tough, especially in times of volatile change.

In her punchy, engaging presentation, Zoë will unlock your ability to open up, not blow up, to uplift and not bomb-drop, to connect, and not mis-hit. You’ll discover the three critical aspects of executive presence that will allow you to inspire ideas, imagine possibilities, and ignite passion - in yourself and others. Together we’ll answer your three critical questions:

  • How do I keep myself from losing it?
  • How do I influence without coming across as pushy or a jerk?
  • How do I become a leader worth following?
