PACCS, together with funding from Southern Highlands Community Hospice are thrilled to present an information session to the GP's of the Southern Highlands and beyond on navigating of support at home packages. Specifically focusing on End Of Life funding.
Interactive session with Q & A time with PACCS senior social worker Jennifer Cox and PACCS Palliative Care CNC Jane Mahony to get all your burning questions around navigating support at home answered.
Refereshments provided.
This course is worth 2 CPD points and certificate will be provided upon completion.
