After the success of our first Good Movement Summer Session, join us on Saturday 29th October for our next exploration of movement. Over 90mins you will experience a session combining flexibility and mobility work, gymnastics strength training and finishing with handstand progressions on Cronulla Beach. Justin Lang and his team of Exercise Physiologists will assist you in developing an understanding of how to unlock your physical and athletic potential in a dynamic, learning rich environment.
