Start your day with a welcomed Italian breakfast while you mingle with other like minded guests.The class will cover everything required to put together the perfect Gnocchi dish. From the correct and very important choice of potatoes, cooking techniques and ideal sauces for the dish. Ingredients will be prepped, Potatoes will need to be peeled and fun will be had while you learn the secrets to Pier Front&#x27;s most popular kitchen dish. Apron, Hat and utensils supplied.The 3 hour session will conclude with a Gnocchi lunch and choice of wine/beer as we enjoy each others&#x27; company and chat about the day. Futher details/Conditions:Refunds minus the booking fee(paid by Pier Front on behalf of attendee) will be honored up to 7 days prior to event. Pier Front Pizzeria may at their discretion cancel any event due to low numbers or external issues (eg. Government restrictions, power loss, etc) In the case of a cancellation/postponement of any event, a substitute date will be offered and communicated directly to ticket holders.
