Joanne Kan is Young Living’s first Asian-born Royal Crown Diamond and a key leader in opening the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. Joining in 2011, her journey began with a desire to help mothers and children achieve wellness naturally. After meeting Founder Gary Young later that year, she trained with him more than 20 times around the world, including numerous farm immersions and harvests. Her mission is to bring Young Living’s lifestyle of wellness and abundance to every home.

Through her passion for sharing and educating on products and business, Joanne built the largest Chinese-speaking team in Young Living. Under her leadership and her team of over 10 Diamond and above leaders, Hong Kong has become Young Living’s second-largest global market, recognised for its exceptional retention rate and order volume since 2013.

Joanne continues to share her expertise with the broader community and has been a featured speaker at Young Living events around the world.
