After this time, tickets are non-refundable, as materials and take-home skincare sets are prepared in advance.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re very welcome to transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost — just let me know at least 48 hours before the event so I can update the attendee details.

In the unlikely event that the workshop needs to be cancelled, a full refund will of course be provided.
