WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE

BODY

Your body is communicating long before your mind has found the words.

We will explore the sensations, responses and energetic shifts that can arise when something feels aligned or misaligned, and begin noticing the language your own body uses to speak to you.

INTUITION

How do you know when you know?

We will explore intuition versus fear, conditioning, anxiety and the mind’s desire for certainty.

We’ll speak about energetic sensitivity, synchronicity, spiritual connection and the knowing that sometimes arrives before there is any logical explanation for it.

VOICE

Knowing is one thing.

Honouring what you know is another.

What happens when you continually silence the truth within you?

When you know the answer but choose what keeps everyone else comfortable?

When your body says no but your mouth continues saying yes?

We will explore the relationship between intuition and expression, and what can begin to shift when your inner knowing is finally given a voice.

THE EXPERIENCE

This isn’t simply a conversation about intuition.

We are going to experience it.

You’ll be guided through a Spinal Energetics and energetic alignment experience designed to bring you out of the thinking mind and deeper into relationship with your body.

There will be meditation, spiritual guidance, energetic activation, voice and whatever wants to move through the room on the day.

We may explore the unseen.

We may work with breath.

We may move through sound, energy or stillness.

I don’t need to decide all of that before we arrive.

The room will tell us where we need to go.
