Gladstone Carer Hub: Yin Yoga & Meditation session

Free 60-minute Yin Yoga and Meditation session designed specifically for people who provide unpaid care for someone else.

You support someone.

This space is for you.

The session with Luaun Aligned Essence focuses on deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle emotional support through slow, supported postures and a guided meditation.

No prior yoga experience is required, and all practices are adaptable and optional.

The session will be followed by morning tea. It is a time for you to rest and recharge.
