Carers Qld Local Area Coordinator (LAC) is visiting the Gladstone Carer Hub monthly

Carers Qld Local Area Coordinator (LAC) is visiting the Gladstone Carers Hub on every second Tuesday of the month.

Carers are welcome to drop in and meet with the LAC for more information on:

- Community Connection Plans

- Access Requests to join the NDIS

- Check-ins and plan reviews

- Understanding and using their NDIS Plan

- Support with a Plan Nominee

- Guidance on working with service providers

- General assistance and information related to NDIS services

If you're not yet registered with Carer Gateway we can can help you access support.

Please note: The monthly event has been created especially for people who provide unpaid care to family members or friends, as recognised under the National Carer Recognition Act. This means the sessions are not suitable for paid carers, support workers or service providers, unless you also provide care for someone personally.
